Great location near shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a free room upgrade on my second visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean sheets, mattresses, and towels. The flat-screen TV had cable channels and the air conditioning was quiet. There was also a nice refrigerator in the room. The simple breakfast included was sufficient.
The wifi was a bit slow at times and the shower sometimes had only warm water when many people were using it. The neighborhood was not the prettiest, but I never felt unsafe.

This place is located close to main attractions like Fuente Osmeña Circle and we were pleasantly surprised by being upgraded to a suite, making it perfect for a vacation.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the excellent service provided by the attentive staff. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to key landmarks and transportation was easily accessible. Another highlight was the clean and tidy rooms that had all the necessary amenities.
The quality of the free breakfast offered. the room's shower was not great as it had mold and could use some updating.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any request. Additionally, the hotel was located in a good area of the city, which made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, including rooms with a balcony.
No improvements necessary, everything was fine.
